Snowroast’s absolute favorite! Originally an accident, these beans were exposed to the annual monsoon winds and rains in India. The accident created a process that resulted in the smoothest, most delicious cup you will ever try. Now they purposely reproduce this process to attain this quality. This coffee is thick and creamy with massive creme and low acidity. It has extraordinary chocolatly sweet notes, soft fruit tones along with classic Indian spices. These farmers not only produce coffee beans, but oranges, pepper and cardamom. Many of them are third generation growers with farms 80-100 years old.
