Another Snowroast favorite. These coffee beans are from a small-holder cooperative of coffee farmers, located around an extinct volcano, Cerro San Juan in Nayarit, Mexico. These coffee farmers are using safe, sustainable shade techniques along with their heirloom trees to produce a unique and unbelievably delicious coffee unlike any. This brew offers a tiny hint of floral, black cherry notes with a nice caramel and chocolate finish.
