This is another really classic well balanced Honduran coffee with three BIG bonuses! This was produced by a small community coop and it's organic! Beneficio Santa Rosa works with other groups to support over 6000 coffee producers. They offer them technical assistance to produce better coffee and better protection to the environment, and better income for the producers. They also invest in making sure there is community development, education, medical assistance and food security. Now for the third, it is unbelievably delicious.
