One pound of Costa Rican Tarrazu
Grown over 3900 feet high in the rich and fertile volcanic soil of the Costa Rican mountains, this delicious bean is designated SHB (single hard bean), which is the highest classification in the Costa Rican system. This is a classic and complete coffee, with a very medium well rounded cup. Tangy citrus, tropical flavors in lighter roasts and going darker into city, smooth sweet chocolatey notes with mild aroma of honey and dates. This coffee is produced by a coop located just south of San Jose. This is an absolute perfect pancake breakfast coffee!
